Dr. Arsın Uluç, Plastik, Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik cerrahi uzmanlık alanından Ankara Tıp Facultesinden (Ankara, Türkiye) mezun olmuştur ve 2010'da İsviçre'de European Board sertifikasını başarı ile almiştir. Türkçe ve İngilizce dillerini bilir ve Lefkoşa Kıbrıs'ta kendi kliniğinde uzmanlık alanını sürdürmektedir.
